CALL FOR PAPERS
Vol. 5, No 1 (8), Spring 2012*

CENTRAL EUROPEAN JOURNAL OF COMMUNICATION (CEJC) welcomes contributions 
examining the role of communication from all theoretical, empirical and 
critical perspectives and using all forms of inquiry, as well as shorter 
research notes and scholarly reviews of books or other scientific 
publications.

ACADEMIC PAPERS:
We ask scholars and researchers interested in publication to submit an 
abstract of maximum 500 words by 15 April, 2011. Full-length manuscripts 
(max. 40 000 characters, notes and reference list inclusive) should be 
submitted by 30 June 2011 to (journal /at/ ptks.pl) <mailto:(journal /at/ ptks.pl)> 
according to the Style and Manuscript Guidelines laid out on the 
official website of Central European Journal of Communication 
(www.cejc.ptks.pl <http://www.cejc.ptks.pl>).

BOOK REVIEWS:
Central European Journal of Communication is introducing a new section 
dedicated to book reviews and commentaries of media and communication 
studies literature published in Central and Eastern Europe. The reviews 
section is edited by Dorota Piontek, Ph.D., an associate professor at 
the Faculty of Political Science and Journalism at the University of 
Adam Mickiewicz in Poznan. Reviews of books and scientific publications 
(max. 7000 characters) should be submitted to (reviews /at/ ptks.pl) 
<mailto:(reviews /at/ ptks.pl)>.
