BUILDING TRUST THROUGH COMMUNICATION IN TIMES OF CRISIS

XXVII International Conference of Communication (CICOM)

Universidad de Navarra, Pamplona (Spain)


22nd-23rd March 2012


The University of Navarra (cosponsored by ACOP, ICA and ECREA) is
calling for a conference to provide a forum to discuss about the
challenge that organizations have in restoring trust. Related issues,
such as reputation, engagement, transparency or accountability will be
also discussed. Authors should send full papers before *January 10th,
2012* to (cicom /at/ unav.es) (max. 8.000 words, notes and references

English and Spanish will be the working languages of the Conference.
The editorial committee will send decision notices by 31st January

La Universidad de Navarra ?junto con ACOP, ICA y ECREA? organiza un
congreso que pretende ser un foro de debate sobre los retos a los que
se enfrentan las instituciones para recuperar la confianza. Algunos
temas de discusión serán la reputación, el compromiso, la
transparencia o la responsabilidad. Los autores pueden enviar el texto
completo de sus comunicaciones a la dirección (cicom /at/ unav.es) antes del
10 de enero de 2012 (máximo 8.000 palabras. Por favor, compruebe las
normas de estilo en
http://www.unav.es/comunicacion/cicom/comunicaciones.html). Se aceptan
textos escritos en inglés y en español, lenguas oficiales del
congreso. El comité científico  comunicará la decisión sobre los
