    Applications are invited for the post of Lecturer in Promotional
    Media within the Department of Media, Communications and Cultural
    Studies.


    The Department of Media, Communications and Cultural Studies is
    looking to recruit a Lecturer in Promotional Media to convene and
    teach theory-based modules on its exciting new BA in Promotional
    Media. Goldsmiths MCCS Department is one of the leading media
    departments of its kind in the world.  It combines theory and
    practice across its diverse array of degree programmes. Its staff
    and graduates have consistently won international recognition
    for their research and numerous industry awards
    for their practice. The appointee would be expected to supervise
    both undergraduate and postgraduate dissertations and to act as a
    personal tutor. Experience of higher education and an ability to
    contribute to curriculum development, build on existing synergies
    between creative practice and critical theory and contribute to the
    department’s research profile, are required.
