through professionalism classes and supportive study groups. Over the 
past decade, nearly three quarters of our PhD graduates have secured 
employment in academia and over half of those have been in tenure track 
positions. Our students present work at the top conferences in the field 
and publish in respected journals and with prestigious university presses.
