[ecrea] Funded PhD in British Cinema at Leeds Beckett

Could you please bring the following to the attention of any prospective
PhD students interested in studying postwar British cinema:
Leeds Beckett University welcomes applications for a funded PhD as follows:
The candidate's proposal should be based on the history of British
cinema since 1945 and focus specifically on either of the following:
1. Children's cinema and/or depictions of childhood;
2. The representation of women or the work of key female practitioners -
this might include actors as well as those behind the camera.
Candidates should have an MA in film, media or cultural studies, or a
related area.
