[ecrea] Two PhD scholarships in TV technology history

The ERC funded ADAPT project offers two PhD scholarships worth £16,400 
each with EU fees paid. One will study the development of sound 
recording in television since the early 1960s; the other the transition 
from analogue to digital editing. Please encourage any student
