Frameworks and Jurisdictional Challenges" published by Routledge (Taylor
& Francis Group). The book targets Scopus indexing (Indexing is decided

*Concept Note*
This edited volume examines the rapid proliferation of artificial
intelligence across workplace environments and the resulting legal,
regulatory, constitutional and practical challenges. Focusing
specifically on workplace contexts (employment law, data protection,
discrimination, liability, compliance and sectoral regulation), the book
adopts a comparative, jurisdictionally aware approach analysing how
different legal traditions and regulatory regimes (developed and
emerging economies) respond to AI-driven workplace transformation. The
volume combines doctrinal and comparative legal analysis, empirical case
studies, and practical policy recommendations for policymakers,
regulators, practitioners and corporate decision-makers.
