[Commlist] Call for Hosts - MeCCSA PGN Conference 2026

Following the energy and enthusiasm of this year’s conference at 
Goldsmiths, we are delighted to invite *postgraduate researchers* to 
step forward and *host the next MeCCSA PGN Conference*, taking place in 
*September 2026*.

We are looking for a *committee of PGR students* to take the lead in 
organising the event, from shaping the conference theme to managing the 
budget, tasks and logistics.

You will have *full creative and organisational freedom*, supported by 
us. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in event 
planning and academic networking, which will certainly be a strong 
addition to your CVs.

We encourage *group applications* of around *three to four 
students* (though larger teams are welcome) from the same institution. 
We are open to *cross-institutional matching*, as long as only one 
university or college is designated as the host.

So, if you know others who might be interested in joining the effort, 
please *spread the word*: the more passionate minds involved, the better 
the experience for everyone!
