[Commlist] Centenary of the resolution on "Collaboration of the Press in the Organisation of Peace"

Please note that today, 25 September 2025 exactly 100 years ago the 
League of Nations unanimously adopted the resolution on "Collaboration 
of the Press in the Organisation of Peace". It was a landmark in media 
history, linking together press and peace for the first time in the new 
multilateral organization. The League of Nations did not survive World 
War II, but its principles and heritage did serve as the foundation for 
the post-war United Nations.

The UN Library and Archives in Geneva published this morning in its 
podcast series an interview with Kaarle Nordenstreng devoted to this 
centenary.
