/Participations/: Call for peer reviewers
/Participations: The Online Journal of Audience and Reception
Studies/provides a unique forum that is dedicated to publishing work
relating to all aspects of audience studies from across a wide range of
disciplines. It is a unique journal with a number of characteristics
that distinguish it from other scholarly journals and that were put in
place by its founder, Professor Martin Barker. It is independent from
any commercial press and open access. Most importantly, its open peer
review system aims to foster more collaborative and supportive
discussions than is normally found in academic publishing, especially
for early career or underrepresented scholars.
We are now looking to expand our database of peer reviewers and would
greatly appreciate your support. Please drop us an email at
(editor /at/ participations.org) <mailto:(editor /at/ participations.org)>with your
name and affiliation, as well as your topics of interest, if you would
like to be added to our reviewers list.
Editing team:

Daniela Treveri Gennari. Professor of Cinema Studies, Oxford Brookes
University, UK.
Bridgette Wessels. Professor of Social Inequality, University of
Glasgow, UK.
Melissa Beattie. Adjunct Professor in Humanities, Southern New Hampshire
