[Commlist] Fully Funded PhD scholarships in the Africa Institute

The Africa Institute, is offering a new Ph.D. program in Global Studies. 
This is a five-year program that entails two years of coursework and 
three years of dissertation/thesis research and writing.

The program provides fully funded scholarships that include fees, living 
expenses, accommodation, and air tickets. It is open to applicants from 
all nationalities interested in the arts, humanities, and social sciences.
