The Graduate School of the Women's University of the Sacred Heart
located in Lima Peru, is pleased to inform to the international academic
community that in the framework of the commemoration of the 60 years of
our University, we organized the First Latin American Congress of Media
Psychology in virtual mode. Media Psychology is a discipline that, under
various names, is taught in all Communication schools and in some
Psychology schools around the world.
This specialized contest in Media Psychology tries to present the
theoretical advances, the most recent research and the applications for
the professional work of both psychologists and professionals from
various disciplines.

- Interdisciplinary, multidisciplinary and transdisciplinary approaches
in the study of Communication
- Non-verbal communication
- Reception studies
- Intercultural communication
- Psychology of social movements
- Persuasion, advertising and propaganda

- Communication in rural psychology
- Psychology of color
- Psychology of social networks
- Impact of technology on social behavior
- Happiness and communication

- Virtual interaction - Cyber addiction
- Metaverse Psychology
- Psychotherapy and communication
CALL FOR PAPERS
Psychologists and specialists from other disciplines are invited to
submit the abstract of their presentation in 60 to 100 words, including
a brief CV, until August 25, 2023 by email to
(congresopsicom /at/ unife.edu.pe) with copy to (amaro /at/ unife.edu.pe)
Authors can present their papers either individually or in the form of
symposiums, made up of 3 specialists who address a specialized topic or
present research from a research center or university.
Papers can be presented in Spanish, Portugese or English.
