2023 - International Symposium on Media Education & Research from 23^rd 
 – 25^th  March 2023 (Hybrid Mode)/*. The event is conceptualized and 
organized by the Department of Visual Media and Communication.

ISMER 2022 was a roaring success, where global experts shared the podium 
to discuss how Media could ignite social change. This year *ISMER 2023 
will focus on how Media can transcend Borders and help communicate with 
the communities.* Undoubtedly, media has become a source for people to 
voice their opinions on sensitive matters, influence decisions on 
trivial causes, and create awareness of events and issues in our 
communities. In a world where communication is vital, the Media empowers 
people to develop as individuals and uplift & develop their communities 
together.

The three-day 2^nd  International Annual Symposium aims to unite 
renowned global media and communication experts, researchers, 
academicians, business leaders, subject matter experts, and industry 
partners on a single platform. The event shall discuss how we can use 
media to forge stronger bonds with communities around us and draw proper 
attention to burning issues or topics.
