[Commlist] ECSM 2021 Call for Papers for 8th European Conference on Social Media

This is the EXTENDED CALL for papers for the 8th European Conference on 
Social Media (ECSM 2021) to be hosted by UCLan Cyprus, Larnaca, Cyprus 
on 1-2 July 2021.

The abstract submission deadline has been extended to 11th January 2021.

ECSM has established itself as a home for researchers and practitioners 
with a wide range of approaches to engaging with the impact, use and 
potential of social media across disciplines. ECSM 2021 will offer you 
the ideal opportunity to experience Cyprus, network with academics and 
practitioners, exchange ideas and develop new insights.

Papers accepted for the conference will be published in the conference 
proceedings, subject to author registration and payment. The Proceedings 
have an ISSN, ISBN and will be submitted for indexing in the Thompson 
Web of Science and by Elsevier SCOPUS.
We are planning for ECSM 2021 to be a “hybrid” conference. Meaning that 
it will be physical event with virtual elements built into it to create 
an experience for both those who can attend in person and those able to 
attend online.
