We are seeking to appoint creative advertising specialists, ideally with 
industry experience, to join our team on the BA (Hons) Creative 
Advertising with Marketing, which is an expanding course in the School 
of Arts and Creative Industries. The course offers students access to a 
broad range of promotional approaches and skillsets, aiming to develop 
marketers and innovative creative practitioners who can work 
successfully in an agency or client setting or as entrepreneurs with 
their own business or consultancy.

The new permanent appointment will lead on core production modules that 
contribute towards the building of a final portfolio ahead of student 
entry into the job market. As a result, we are looking for someone who 
is well qualified and highly committed in all elements of creative 
practice across a range of media with specific expertise in both art 
direction and copywriting. The new Lecturer in Creative Advertising will 
have the capacity to teach to live briefs and have the necessary 
industry contacts to generate them. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite is 
a requirement. A key task in this role will be the curation of the end 
of year degree show and guiding students through the D&AD New Blood Awards.

For our pool of HPL colleagues we are looking to recruit in the areas of 
creative advertising and branding. We are also looking for someone to 
work with fashion students to create multi-layered and multi-directional 
digital platforms. You will have knowledge of the fashion industry and 
e-commerce design skills along with use of Predictive Analytics and 
other tools to run targeted campaigns.

Salary for permanent role: £36,620 to £43,030 Per Annum/ Pro Rata, 
Inclusive of London Weighting
