[Commlist] New Reflections on Fashioning Identities symposium

Registration is still open for *New Reflections on Fashioning 
Identities: Lifestyle, Emotions and Celebrity Culture. *A**one-day 
symposium, supported by the//University of Roehampton’/s Centre for 
Research in Film and Audio-Visual Cultures /(CRFAC), in association with 
the /Fashion, Costume and Visual Cultures Network/ (FCVC).

The symposium will be held at Elm Grove Conferance Center - University 
of Roehanpton. Friday 14 June 2019, 9am - 6pm <x-apple-data-detectors://0>

The day will include two keynote speakers,*Dr Shaun Cole* (Associate 
Professor of Fashion at Winchester School of Art, University of 
Southampton) and *Gok Wan*(Multi-award-winning UK presenter, fashion 
expert and on-screen consultant), and a series of panels covering topics 
on fashioning celebrity bodies and identity; sexualisation and feminism; 
retro femininity; body as artwork ; sustainable fashion; lifestyle 
bloggers and journalism; social media and masculinity; media 
mindfulness; aging bodies; reality television and gender performativity; 
body confidence and wellness on Instagram, self-transformation and
