The School of Social and Political Sciences (Politics) are currently 
seeking a *Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Political Communication*. This is 
a permanent position equivalent to Assistant/Associate Professor.

You would be joining a School with a strong reputation for producing 
world-leading research in Political Communication, as well as an 
established and successful postgraduate programme in the subject, 
playing a key role in developing the University’s profile in this 
growing field.

We are looking for candidates with strong teaching and research records 
in *any area of political communication* to further develop our profile 
in the discipline. We are particularly keen to receive applications from 
candidates who can add to our existing areas of strength in political 
participation, political behaviour, or public opinion.

This role may be appointed at either Lecturer or Senior Lecturer level, 
depending on the experience of the successful candidate.

Lecturer - Grade 7/8: £33,943 - £38,183 / £41,709 - £48,327

Senior Lecturer - Grade 9: £41,709 - £48,327
