*Description:*
The Scuola Normale Superiore announces a selection, based on work to 
date and interview, for two research contracts named
1."Knowledge Production and Dissemination within the ICTs for gender 
movement”
2.“Knowledge Production and Dissemination within collective action 
dynamics in the Social Solidarity Economy field”
as part of the research project “MAKERS: Movements as knowledge 
producers and learning spaces in the digital age”.

The research fellows shall carry out activities aimed at clarifying the 
role of digital media within the collective production and transmission 
of knowledge within movements, with particular reference to repertoires 
of creation and consolidation of alternative epistemologies within 
collective efforts targeting the nexus between gender issue, social 
solidarity economy information, and communication technologies.
The research fellow will collaborate to the definition and the 
application of an analytic framework that combines and, at the same 
time, innovates current discussion on digital media within collective 
efforts both as tools for the production/transmission of knowledge and 
as contested objects. Research activities will triangulate the use of 
in-depth interviews with the application of digital research methods and 
of quali-quantitative content analysis.

*Duration of the contract:*
1 year Estimated starting date: February 2017

*Annual gross remuneration,*inclusive of all taxes: € 23.464,00

*Application deadline*: the application must be registered online by 
23.59 (Italian time) of 23 rd November, 2016. Applications received and 
registered online after the deadline, for reasons not attributable to 
the Scuola, will not be admitted to the selection.
