[ecrea] MeCCSA PGN conference 2016

The Media, Communication and Cultural Studies Association Postgraduate 
Network conference is this year hosted by the Department of Media and 
Communication at the University of Leicester, part of the department’s 
50^th  birthday celebrations.

Dates: 7^th /8^th  July 2016

Venue: Stamford Court, Leicester, UK

Keynote speakers: Professor Mark Banks, Dr Mirca Madianou, Professor 
Simon Cottle and Dr Kaitlynn Mendes

Workshops: Coping with stress in research, PhD 101, how to organise an 
academic conference and preparing for an academic interview.

Plus 34 PhD/ECR presentations.

Registration fee of £35, including delegate package and 
lunch/refreshments for both conference days as well as attendance to a 
conference drinks reception and dinner on the 7^th  July. Registration
