This role is involved in coordinating and teaching of a variety of 
undergraduate courses in the Bachelor of Media Program.  Expertise in 
the area(s) of web design, mobile platforms design, social media metrics 
and user experience design within a conceptual or theoretical framework 
will be highly regarded. You will contribute to the research profile of 
the Discipline of Media and the supervision of postgraduate students.

Salary: (Level B) $86,147 - $102,302 per annum.

Superannuation: An employer contribution of 17% may apply.

Term of position: This continuing position is available from 1 February 
2015.

Position requirements

To be successful you should have:

    * PhD in Media Technology, Creative Media or Media Studies with a 
digital production focus
    * Experience in teaching media design and technology that shows 
ability to innovate and support high quality student learning outcomes
    * Demonstrated practical experience of teaching in areas including 
web design, mobile platforms design, social media design or user 
experience design within a conceptual or theoretical framework
    * Demonstrated knowledge and skills in working with the latest 
media technologies
    * Proven ability to contribute to the research and consultancy 
activities of the School and Faculty
