Lecturer: Film and Moving Image Production
£30,424 to £36,298 per annum

This post is an exciting opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic individual(s) to bring their industry experience to bear on the teaching, learning and organisation of our BA (Hons) in Film and Moving Image Production, based in the Faculty of Media. Applications are invited for a full-time appointment, a job share, or for two 0.5 fractional appointments.
Candidates will have solid experience of digital production, including expertise in script development, producing and/or direction. You will be experienced in team-based production, able to work across drama, documentary and other narrative forms, and strongly committed to student employability. Your practical expertise will be complemented by an enthusiasm for film and moving image history, contemporary media culture and an interest in supporting contextual study.You will also have gained some experience of degree-level teaching and learning, including an appreciation of the significance of group work and assessment for moving image disciplines.
