[ecrea] IAMCR pre-conference on Community, Citizens' and Social Media

The IAMCR Community Communication Section, the OURMedia network, the 
Community Radio Forum of Ireland (CRAOL), and Irish community media 
activists are organising a pre-conference for this year's IAMCR 
conference, under the title "Dealing with Crisis: Community, 
Alternative, Citizen's and Social Media in Times of Change". The 2-day 
event will take place on Monday 24 June in the city centre of Dublin, 
and on Tuesday 25 June at Dublin City University. The ICA Global 
Communication and Social Change Division is co-sponsoring the event and 
thus creating a bridge to the ICA conference that will take place the 
week before in London.

The pre-conference is free, no registration is necessary. All IAMCR 
participants who will already be in Dublin on those days are invited to 
come. Details about the programme will be circulated soon.
