(Please excuse any cross-postings)

The Institute for Information Policy at the Pennsylvania State University is pleased to announce the launch of the Journal of Information Policy (www.jip-online.org), an online, peer-reviewed professional journal dedicated to timely policy research that addresses contemporary challenges and connects researchers to policy makers.

The journal is committed to an expedited review process and to the publication of studies to meet both the academic need for peer recognition and the policy world's desire for relevant and real-time research.

The Journal of Information Policy accepts original research for peer review, as well as book reviews. The journal will also commission literature reviews on timely topics and recent research.
