As part of a team, you will provide undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in the Department of Media’s programmes in media, cultural studies, and advertising. This post reflects both the growth in undergraduate recruitment to media, cultural studies, and advertising programmes and the further development of postgraduate provision and the research profile in media, cultural studies, and advertising.

You must have a PhD and/or equivalent postgraduate/professional qualification/experience, together with expertise in advertising within the context of media and cultural studies. We would particularly welcome applications from candidates with publications in contemporary advertising and media histories, the production and consumption of advertising related texts, objects, branding, individual and group identities.
