>This is an exciting opportunity to be involved 
>in cutting edge research on the relationship 
>between public service broadcasting, 
>multiplatform television, digital media and the 
>independent production sector. You will play a 
>key role in exploring the production cultures 
>and ecology of independent and digital media 
>companies working in the specialist factual 
>sector. You will gain privileged access to a 
>range of media companies, spending substantial 
>time working at such companies based in London 
>and Brighton, conducting interviews and undertaking participant observation.
