[Commlist] PhD Funded Opportunities at Queen's University Belfast in Creativity (Foresighters Doctoral Training Network)

Queen’s University Belfast have now opened applications for 20 doctoral 
opportunities through the Foresighters Doctoral Training Network 
<https://www.qub.ac.uk/sites/foresighters/>, funded by Horizon Europe 
MSCA COFUND and the Department of the Economy (Northern Ireland). *4 
opportunities are available in the area of Creativity, which accepts 
interdisciplinary projects in _Film Studies_.*

Successful candidates will be offered a 42 month full-time employment 
contract, which includes:

- Basic Salary without pension contribution: £37,734 or Basic Salary 
with pension contribution: £31,185

- Family allowance (if eligible): £6,600

- Full coverage of tuition fees

- Appointed international candidates will be supported by endorsement 
and guidance to apply for a Global Talent Visa fees - the fee for this 
will be reimbursed by QUB upon commencement of the employment contract.

In order tobe considered for a position, applicants must also meet the 
following eligibility requirements:

*MSCA Career Stage requirement: *Applicants must not hold a doctoral 
degree on the date of the deadline for applications (June 29 2026).

*MSCA Mobility requirement:* Applicants must not have resided or carried 
out their main activity (work, studies, etc.) in the United Kingdom for 
more than 12 months in the 36 months immediately before the date of the 
deadline for applications (June 29 2026).
