The School of Politics, Philosophy, Language and Communication Studies
is looking to recruit a Lecturer in Politics and Public Policy within
our dynamic Department of Politics.

You will have a teaching and research profile focused on politics and
public policy, as well as political communication.
You will deliver research-led teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate
levels, conduct world leading research, supervise research students, and
contribute to impact, engagement and enterprise within the Department.
We are looking for a scholar with a PhD in politics or a related field,
a record of internationally significant research outputs commensurate
with stage of career, along with relevant teaching experience.
You will join a group of internationally recognised scholars, including
public policy researchers with specialisms from energy and environment
to communications and culture, and political scientists with varied
interests from rhetoric and debate to election systems and governance.
This post is available from 1 September 2022 or as soon as possible
thereafter on a full-time indefinite basis.
