1-3 Assistant Professors and/or an Associate Professors (tenure track)

University of Jyväskylä is currently seeking to recruit 1-3 Assistant 
and/or Associate Professor (tenure track) starting August 1st 2020 or as 
soon as possible thereafter, in the position of an Assistant Professor 
for a fixed term of 3-5 years and in the position of Associate Professor 
for a fixed term of 5 years.

The position is allocated to the university’s profiling area 
Multiliteracies for social participation and learning across the 
life span 
(https://www.jyu.fi/hytk/fi/tutkimus/meilla_tutkitaan/multiliteracies-for-social-participation-and-in-learning-across-the-life-span-reclas-2), 
which is a joint scheme by the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences 
and the Faculty of Education and Psychology. An important focus in the 
profiling area is on digital and media practices across the whole 
life span and the role of media in civic engagement and community 
involvement.
