Salary (H3): £39,511 to £50,843 per annum including London Allowance
The Department of Arts & Humanities is seeking to appoint a qualified
and highly committed individual to join the Film and TV team, to
effectively and efficiently undertake a range of duties associated with
teaching and administration.
We are seeking a candidate with extensive technical skills associated
with digital film production and post-production (including VFX,
compositing and grading). Candidates must have demonstrated excellence
in the digital aspects of film production, and a commitment to quality
teaching. We will prioritise candidates who have sustained experience of
demonstrating or teaching the technical aspects of digital film
production and post-production. Scholarship in film/ television/ media
history and critical studies is also desirable.
The appointee will be deeply committed to innovative, excellent teaching
and learning. They will also have excellent organisational and
communication skills, and the ability to both inspire and guide students.
The candidate will also be expected to engage fully with the Brunel
Educational Excellence Centre (BEEC).
The starting date will be May 2019
Interviews will be held on 19 March 2019
Closing date for applications: 25 February 2019
