The University of Canterbury invites applications for its Media and Communication Visiting Fellowship during Semester One 2018.

The fellowship covers the cost of a return flight to New Zealand, accommodation and a per diem for the fellowship period. The fellow is provided with an office in the department, a computer and access to the university library. The fellowship is for a four to six week period between either February 19 to March 29 or April 23 to June 1, 2018.

The fellow is expected to offer a number of talks and seminars on their research and meet with graduate students on an informal basis to offer general guidance, but is otherwise free to use this time for their own research.

To apply, please send a cover letter and CV to the Fellowship Committee (atjournalism /at/ canterbury.ac.nz) <mailto:(journalism /at/ canterbury.ac.nz)> by December 29, 2017. A decision will be made regarding the fellow shortly afterwards.
