We are looking for a specialist in Film and Cultural Studies to join a
thriving team teaching Journalism and Media at Huddersfield. You will be
someone who can inspire and engage students while making a substantial
contribution to the School’s research activity.

A degree along with a PhD (or nearing completion) in a relevant area are
essential requirements of this post. You should have experience of
teaching in Higher Education as well as internationally significant
publications and esteem commensurate with your career stage.

Expertise in any area of Film and Cultural Studies is welcome.

You will be expected to deliver and contribute to a broad range of
relevant areas, including delivery of theoretical and conceptual modules
across the Journalism and Media suite of courses and contribute to
undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, including pastoral duties and
academic administration. You will be able to contribute to or lead
developments in international recruitment, research strategy or teaching
and learning.
