[ecrea] PhD and Postdoc positions Entrepreneurship in journalism University of Groningen

The Centre for Media and Journalism Studies, Faculty of Arts, University 
of Groningen welcomes applications for two four-year PhD positions as 
well as a two-year postdoc position.

The projects are embedded in the research programme “Entrepreneurship at 
Work: Analysing practice, labour, and creativity in journalism”, which 
is funded by The Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research and 
supervised by Dr Tamara Witschge.

Two PhD positions
The PhD students will set up a journalistic start up and conduct 
auto-ethnographies reflecting on what it means to be an entrepreneurial 
journalist.

Postdoc Position
The postdoctoral researcher is expected to set up and conduct survey and 
interview research to critically examine journalistic entrepreneurship.
