Principal Lecturer in Digital Film and Television Studies

Working in the School of Art, Design and Media you will contribute to 
the leadership, development and delivery of our digital film and 
television programmes, which form part of the media portfolio at the 
University of Brighton’s Hastings campus. Our growing portfolio of 
courses has a distinct focus upon the media industries and professional 
media practice. The BA Digital Film and BA Digital Television degree 
courses provide cutting-edge curriculum to prepare students to lead, 
work and critique these dynamic sectors by combining theoretical study 
with emerging academic methodologies, critical-practice and professional 
production.

The post requires curriculum, research and leadership expertise in one 
or more of the following areas: digital media/convergence, contextual 
studies into industry practices and cultures, and new models for
