Lecturer in Media Studies, Ref: A-584550/WWW

The Department of Communication and Media seeks to appoint a Lecturer in 
Media Studies to complement existing strengths in media/social theory, 
public communication and more arts-based approaches to media research.

You will have a PhD and an excellent record of published research of 
demonstrable excellence with, ideally, an international profile. You 
will be able to offer teaching in areas relevant to the Department’s 
current undergraduate and postgraduate provision. We especially welcome 
applicants in any of the following areas: Political Communication, 
Social Media, International Communication, Media Policy, News Media or 
Gender and Media, though applicants from any research specialism are 
welcome to apply.

2014, and the start date will be no earlier than June 1st 2014.
