Department of Media and Communications



LSE Fellow



Fixed Term 12 months



Salary: £32,469 to £39,276 per annum with potential to progress to £42,261



We would consider candidates for either:

Two 0.5 FTE Posts (17.5 hours per week) or

One Full Time Post (35 hours per week).

Applications for a fixed term one year post from 1st September 2013 will 
be considered from outstanding candidates in media and communications. 
The successful candidate will join a leading department with more than 
200 MSc students and sixteen academic staff which was ranked third on 
GPA in the 2008 Research Assessment Exercise.



Candidates should have experience in teaching in the field of media and 
communications, preferably at the Master’s level in team teaching 
settings. Candidates will have one or more specialisms within the field. 
Applications are particularly welcome from those specialising in 
critical approaches to media communication.

leading research led department.
