There are up to TWENTY funded PhD Studentships available from the 
Faculty of Arts and Humanities at the University of East Anglia (the 
Faculty includes Political, Social and International Studies, and 
Philosophy).

These are award competitively on the basis of the academic merit and 
overall strength of the application - research in fields including 
continental and poststructuralist political/social thought, cultural 
sociology, cultural theory, rhetoric and similar would certainly fit 
with research expertise in the School of Political, Social and 
International Studies.

The deadline for the submission of applications for the studentships is 
Monday 18th February so there is still time to get an application in.
