Brigham Young University-Hawaii announces the following opening for a
full-time position starting Fall semester 2013. For consideration,

anticipated that the appointment will be made at the Assistant Professor
rank but outstanding candidates at higher ranks are encouraged to apply.

Faculty Position in Cultural Studies and Communications
The Department of International Cultural Studies invites applications
for a tenure-track, open-rank position in cultural studies and
communications. Teaching or professional background in public relations
desirable. Experience in broadcasting a plus. A doctorate (ABD near
completion considered) in communications or a related field is required.
The successful candidate will teach, mentor undergraduate students,
conduct research, facilitate internships and professional opportunities,
