Assistant Professor Position in Media
Studies/Journalism Studies at Aarhus University, Denmark.
The Department of Information and Media Studies
seeks applicants for a full-time, tenure-track
position as assistant professor in media studies
with a special focus on one (or more) of the
main areas of journalism studies, i.e.
production, content, reception or usage (either
in a contemporary and/or historical
perspective). Applicants must be able to
demonstrate relevant research within one of the fields mentioned.
The position must be filled by 1 February 2011.
Applicants must specify which of the following
courses they are able to teach: Globalisation,
Culture and the Roles of the Media and
Researching Journalism. These courses are part
of the Erasmus Mundus Master Journalism, Media &
Globalisation (see more
