*New Publication: The Data Sprint Approach to Research*
The Dígitos Journal (Universitat de València) has just released a new
special issue on The Data Sprint Approach to Research: Experiments,
Protocols and Knowledge. The issue was organised by researchers Janna
Joceli Omena (CIM/University of Warwick, NOVA University Lisbon/ICNOVA),
Lorena Cano-Orón (Universitat de València), Beatrice Gobbo (Politecnico
di Milano/Density Design Lab) and Ana Marta M. Flores (NOVA University
Lisbon/ICNOVA).
The issue of the journal gathers seven scientific articles that explore
different experiences and projects of Data Sprints with researchers from
several nationalities, promoting a true encyclopaedia about the
approach. The editors of the special volume also author an opening short
paper that examines the various facets of sprints, from promoting
interdisciplinary collaboration to providing teaching-learning spaces
and creative methods.
