[ecrea] Metal Music Studies (2.3) now out

The new issue of Metal Music Studies (2.3) is now out on the internet, 
and available to buy from Intellect! The issue is a special issue on 
Metal and Cultural Impact edited by Bryan Bardine and Esther Clinton, 
based on their successful conference. This packed issue includes a guest 
editorial by Bryan and Esther, and  a review of the work of the late
