[ecrea] Teaching Political Communication, Advocacy and Campaigning (Masters level)

The Department of Politics, International Relations and Human Rights at
Kingston University (London) urgently needs cover for a postgraduate
module on Political Communication running in the forthcoming academic
year. Candidates should have a PhD or be close to the completion of a
PhD in political communication or the relationship between media and
politics. They should also possess:
· The knowledge and ability to teach traditional forms of
political communication (eg PR/spin, political journalism, campaigning)
(Essential)
· The knowledge and ability to teach resistance forms (eg social
media and protests)(Essential)
· Experience of teaching international students (Essential)
· Experience of marking third year/masters' level work (Essential)
Knowledge of media-public policy interactions, and some experience of
teaching Masters-level students would also be helpful. If you are
