Salary: Senior Lecturer - £36,715 - £45,155; Lecturer - £31,671 - £35,646 per annum

As part of a team, you will provide undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in the Department of Media’s programmes in journalism. This post reflects both the growth in undergraduate recruitment to journalism programmes and the further development of the research profile in journalism.

You must have a PhD and/or equivalent postgraduate/professional qualification/experience, together with expertise in journalism. We would particularly welcome applications from candidates with publications in journalism, media law and ethics, public relations, research methods and/or digital journalism.
