methodology on the Bachelor’s and Master’s level

pedagogical activity of the Department
independent research activity and grant application activity
participation in committees, advising students, and evaluation of
students’ papers and theses
Qualification and Other Requirements:
completed university education with a Ph.D. degree
focus on game studies, game production studies, streaming of games
content, and research methodology
at least two years of teaching experience in the field of media
studies at a university,
a track record of independent research on the level that allows for
a prompt application for habilitation
experience with submitting grant applications
excellent active knowledge of spoken and written English and the
ability to lecture in English
native-level knowledge of Czech is required.
Required education: Ph.D., CSc, Th.D. or comparable education abroad
Required language skills:
Czech - C2 Proficient User
English - C1 Proficient User
Employment Type and Scope: Part time employment, 20 hours per week
Expected Start Date: October 01, 2026
