Job Vacancy: Post Doc Position (100%) at the University of Fribourg 
(Switzerland)

The Department of Communication and Media Research (DCM) of the 
University of Fribourg (Switzerland) invites applications for a Post Doc 
position (100%, German-speaking, 4 years) starting 1st of August 2019 or 
later, in one or more of the following areas: Journalism, communication 
and media history, media economics, media policy, media systems, media 
use/media effects, methods, PR/organizational communication or political 
communication.

Candidates should have an above-average doctorate in communication 
science as well as proven social science methodological knowledge. 
International research experience as well as experience in teaching are 
an advantage. Good knowledge of English and willingness to work in 
university self-administration are expected. Deadline for application: 
15th of June 2019, please send your application in German language to
