[Commlist] Vacancy: Visiting Lecturer in Radio Journalism

London Metropolitan University is seeking to hire a Visiting Lecturer in 
Radio Journalism to teach two part-days a week.

This is a position for one year to replace someone who is going on leave.

*Job Description*

  *
    You will have worked as a broadcast journalist in industry and be
    appropriately qualified and ideally will have experience of higher
    education teaching, knowledge of and ability to use various and
    journalism-related hardware and software equipment and
    packages, especially audio-related ones.
  *
    You will be teaching across the Practical Journalism and Broadcast
    Journalism modules - first and third years.
  *
    You will demonstrate technical teaching in audio recording and
    editing on Adobe Audition/Audacity software.
  *
    You will use appropriate teaching, learning support and assessment
    methods, including the incorporation of guest speakers, where
    appropriate.
