Faculty / Directorate

The Department of Politics, People and Place presently comprises a group of forty members of staff, covering a broad range of subject areas in Politics, International Relations, Human Resources and Creative Industries Management. It has a track record of innovative research-informed teaching and a strong reputation for its research impact. The Head of Department is Chris Goldsmith.

Role

The Department of Politics, People and Place has a vacancy for a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Creative and Cultural Industries. You will join our Creative Industries Management team and contribute to the delivery of our Masters degrees in Business Management in the Creative Industries and Creative Enterprise.

Ideal Candidate

We are particularly looking for colleagues who could contribute to the teaching of marketing in the Creative Industries and research methods. You would also be expected to contribute to future programme development and the delivery of corporate training where appropriate.
