Thu Sep 09 10:04:38 GMT 2010

Final Call for Papers: Journal of European Popular Culture ( http://bit.ly/EuropeanPC )

This lively peer-reviewed journal seeks excellent submissions on all aspects of European cultural and creative activity.

The journal is interested in contemporary practices, but also in historical, contextual, biographical or theoretical analyses relating to past cultural activities in Europe. Questions regarding the creation and consumption of "popular" and "high" culture are welcome, as are investigations of the human context of these designations.

Papers can also relate to European influences beyond Europe. This issue is particularly interested in works that explore historical, contextual or creative aspects. All papers will be considered.

Papers or exploratory critical or creative pieces relating to European media, literature and the writing arts, film, music, new media, art and design, architecture, drama and dance or fine art are all very welcome.
